Making dough: Mix 1 cup acorn flour (based on paper cups), 1 cup wholemeal flour and 1 tsp salt in a bowl.

Then add 1 cup of boiling water (based on paper cups) and make the dough.

Then add 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil, knead several times, and let ripen in a sanitary pack for 30 minutes.

Cut zucchini and potato into half-moon slices at 0.5cm intervals, and slice green onions diagonally.

Cut the bottom of the oyster mushroom and remove it one by one by hand.

Making broth: First, add 3 pieces of kelp to 1,000ml of water and boil it for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, boil the kelp water, and when it starts to boil, add 1 teaspoon of anchovy powder, 1 teaspoon of shiitake mushroom powder, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and boil it for another 10 minutes.

Next, remove the kelp and add the potatoes and oyster mushrooms.

Then season with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of salt, and put the dough flatly.

Boil it for about 10 minutes, add pumpkin and green onion, and boil it for 2~3 more minutes.
