Use the pack you have at home. I even put in green onion roots.
If you don't have any, use 4 to 5 anchovies for soup and 4 kelp slices.

Use a mixture of soybean paste and ready-made soybean paste. Commercial use is clam-flavored soybean paste. It dilutes the salty soy bean paste^^

Potatoes and peppers among vegetables. Add onions and mix with soybean paste.
Add a spoon of red pepper powder and stir it

If you prepare the broth in advance and cook it, it's much easier to season and add more flavor. If you add radish instead of potatoes, it tastes cooler
