[Plain dough / Cocoa dough]
Gently dissolve salt-free butter, add sugar powder, and mix with a hand whisk.

When the sugar powder is completely mixed, add eggs and vanilla extract and mix.

Sift together the flour and baking powder and mix with a rubber spatula. Add soft flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the cocoa dough and mix them together.

After clumping the dough into one lump, shape the cocoa dough into one large cylindrical shape (5 cm in diameter, 10 cm in length) and two small cylindrical shapes (1.5 cm in diameter, 10 cm in length).

Using chopsticks, press on top of a large cylindrical dough to make a part for ears, and then attach a small cylindrical dough.

Wrap and rest in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Push the plain dough to a thickness of 3mm and rest in the freezer for more than 10 minutes.
STEP 8/10
Cut the plain dough into appropriate sizes, wrap it around the bear-shaped dough, wrap it, and harden it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Cut the cookie dough into 5mm thick pieces with a knife and bake it in a 170-degree oven for about 10 minutes.

Draw a face on a cookie baked with a decorative chocolate pen to complete it.
