I like Jeonju-style bean sprout rice soup, so I order it often,
There was a mild tofu stew. I was curious about the taste, so I ordered it and tried it,
The color definitely looks sharp, but the taste is mild.
I thought it was dried pollack broth that was used for bean sprout soup.
So I'm going to add a little bit of red pepper powder
