I like Jeonju-style bean sprout rice soup, so I order it often, There was a mild tofu stew. I was curious about the taste, so I ordered it and tried it, The color definitely looks sharp, but the taste is mild. I thought it was dried pollack broth that was used for bean sprout soup. So I'm going to add a little bit of red pepper powder I only colored it with red pepper powder to make a cool tofu stew. The seasoning is only salted shrimp.

The tofu stew is complete with salted shrimp, which is attractive with mild and rich soup. It's good to put rice in and eat it. The color looks spicy, but it's not spicy at all. It's just a cool taste.
