Cooking Steps

Chop the green onion into small pieces.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, dry it with a kitchen towel or cotton cloth, sprinkle salt and pepper little by little, and marinate it for 5 to 10 minutes.

Make sauce in a bowl while marinating tofu.
Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1.5 tablespoon of sugar, a little pepper, and a little sesame and stir well.

Add chopped green onions to the sauce and mix well.

Grease the pan with cooking oil and fry tofu over medium heat until golden brown.

When the tofu starts to turn golden, place the sauce evenly on top of the tofu.

Boil it over low heat little by little with a spoon so that the sauce is cut well.
