STEP 1/9
Please wash and prepare pork back ribs.
Then soak in cold water for about an hour and drain the blood.
I changed the water once in the middle and tried using the rice water at home.
STEP 2/9
I tried making barbecue pork rib sauce while the blood was being removed.
Add 5T of barbecue sauce, 5T of ketchup, 1T of red pepper paste, 2T of soy sauce, 1T of red pepper powder, 3T of oligosaccharide, 1/2 cup of water, and 1/2 cup of cooking wine and mix.
STEP 3/9
Pour enough water to soak the bone in the pot and boil it for about 20 minutes.
I put 1/2 cup of rice seedlings and boiled them to get rid of the smell.
You can boil it with bay leaves.
STEP 4/9
Wash well-boiled back ribs in cold water to remove impurities.
Shake off the water and roughly cut the back ribs so that the seasoning is cut well.
STEP 5/9
In a pan covered with oil, chop 2T of minced garlic and 1/4 onions and stir-fry.
STEP 6/9
Then add the barbecue pork rib sauce that you made first and bring it to a boil.
STEP 7/9
When it starts to boil, add the boiled back ribs and mix thoroughly.
STEP 8/9
Bring to a boil, tossing and turning, so that the sauce is well marinated.
Taste it and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
When the seasoning is well cut on the back ribs and the sauce is at an appropriate concentration, turn off the heat and chop the chives on top.
STEP 9/9
If you sprinkle sesame seeds, it's the final BBQ pork ribs!
