Add 2T of sugar, 4T of soy sauce, 4T of vinegar, and 2T of water to dissolve the sugar well, then mix well with the prepared onions, garlic, green and red peppers!

Boil 1 liter of water, 1 tsp of salt, and a little vinegar in a pot, and when the water boils, spread the noodles and stir to prevent them from sticking to the bottom.

When it boils up, add cold water, repeat about three times, and turn off the heat

Put the boiled noodles in cold water right away, and since the main ingredient of the noodles is flour, rub them well when rinsing in cold water and rinse them several times.

Wash the noodles in cold water, put them in ice water, dissolve the tangled parts of the noodles in the water, and squeeze the water out and roll them.
