Ingredients
  • Chicken meat
    250g
  • oyster mushroom
    200g
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • crushed garlic
    2/3TS
  • Water
    900ml
  • Korean style soy sauce
    2TS
  • salted anchovies
    1TS
  • Salt
    1ts
  • Red pepper powder
    1.5TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/5
Blanch oyster mushrooms in boiling water for 30 seconds, take a cold shower, and squeeze them with your fist to drain. (You don't have to hold it too tight)
STEP 3/5
Pour water into a pot and season with soy sauce 2 and anchovy sauce 1 while boiling.
STEP 4/5
Add chicken, minced garlic and red pepper powder, simmer for 3 minutes, then add mushrooms, chopped green onions and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Add salt to fill in the liver. (To the extent of 1st bite)

It is recommended for those who don't like greasy or stimulating flavors and want a clean sharpness.
If you like the savory taste of sesame oil, you can mix the chicken with 1 spoon of sesame oil and put it in the soup.
