  • Mung Bean Jelly
    400g
  • seasoned laver
    10g
  • Salt
    2little
  • Sesame oil
    1~2TS
  • sesame salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut Dongbu muk into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes to revive the firmness of the ink.
STEP 3/6
After blanching, cool down with dry cold water.
STEP 4/6
You can put seasoned laver in a plastic bag, crush it well, and sprinkle it on the muk
You can also use seaweed flakes and seaweed flakes.
STEP 5/6
Add seaweed, sesame salt, salt, and sesame oil and mix carefully so that the ink doesn't break.
