Oh Yoona, make Kitto kimbap with egg garnish
I made kito kimbap without rice and egg garnish kimbap. It's a popular keto gimbap for those who control their diet by adding a lot of egg garnish instead of rice.It's a popular gimbap, so I tried it once, but it wasn't to buy it and it didn't suit my taste. I guess it's because I don't really like eggs. So I made it to suit my taste. It's a slightly modified version of Oh Yoon-ah's kito gimbap recipe from Pyeon Restaurant. I made it with the ingredients at home and made it sound and delicious. It's a gimbap with egg garnish, egg garnish, and chicken breast seasoned slightly to make it not greasy. The one made with silgon medicine was much more filling and delicious than the one made with only egg garnish.

Cooking Steps

Add the thawed chicken breast, 3 bay leaves, and pepper and boil for 15-20 minutes. When the water boils up, boil it on medium heat

Soak it in cold water to remove residual heat and season the chives slightly. Seasoning of chives: 1/2 small liquor of soy sauce, 1/2 small liquor of minced garlic, 1/2 small liquor of sesame oil, sesame seeds

Wash carrots clean and peel them. And then shred it. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir-fry over low heat. Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry it for 2-3 minutes. 1 tablespoon carrot sauce oil, 1 pinch of salt

Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain on a sieve. 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/3 tablespoon salt

Stir-fry 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1/3 tablespoon salt in a pan over medium heat. Just stir-fry it until the moisture is gone

It's time to fry egg garnish. Add salt to 3 eggs and mix. 1/2 Tbsp of egg marinated salt

Apply oil to the pan and wipe it off with a kitchen towel. Add the beaten egg and fry over low heat

After cooling it down, roll it up and chop it into thinly. The texture is better if you slice it thinly

Cut the slice cheese in half and stick it on the edge of the seaweed for kimbap. It's going to act as a glue. If you have rice, you can stick it on instead

Spread the silken medicine and egg garnish like rice. Put chicken breast, carrot, pickled radish, chives, etc. on it. Then roll up and place the joint underneath

I applied the silgon medicine first, and the steam got soggy that it didn't cut nicely. It's not tasty.. Silgon medicine said it would get rid of moisture, but I guess there was still some left

Second, I put egg garnish on top of it and put some silygon medicine on top. In the same way, place the ingredients on top and roll. The steam is not wet and rolled up neatly wet. Thumbs up! Cut the well-rolled gimbap into bite-size pieces and enjoy it. ^^
