Cut tofu into square shapes at intervals of 1cm in all directions and season with salt and pepper while removing moisture.

Cut the bottom of bok choy and remove each leaf and wash it clean in running water.

Next, cut it at 3cm intervals and prepare it.

Prepare onions, yellow paprika, and red paprika by cutting them into 0.5cm squares.

When all is ready, oil the preheated pan and cook all sides of the tofu until golden brown.

Remove the cooked tofu to one side and stir-fry the onions in the cooked oil.

When the onions become transparent and start to cook, stir-fry the yellow paprika and red paprika.

When the yellow paprika and red paprika begin to cook transparently, stir-fry the cooked tofu, bok choy, and sauce.

When all ingredients and sauces are mixed evenly, remove from heat, add 1/2T of sesame oil and stir-fry with remaining heat.

Put the rice in the bowl you want and put the stir-fried tofu and bok choy on top of it, and the rice with bok choy is complete.
When I'm lazy, I eat side dishes from home, but I try to make my own food.
When I make food, I make it delicious and look good, but I added yellow paprika and red paprika to make it look good.
If you don't have yellow paprika and red paprika at home, you don't have to put them boldly.
