Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Mix 1 tablespoon baking soda with vinegar and wipe with orange.
STEP 2/8
Using 1 tablespoon baking soda, wipe the oranges with your hands until they make a sound.
STEP 3/8
Wash the oranges with water.
STEP 4/8
Cut the orange in half and cut it into 5mm pieces.

Pour 260ml of vinegar into a container and top with orange.

Add sugar and mix.

Cover and let ripen at room temperature for 2 weeks.

Stir once every four days.
Add a little sugar. Don't add baking soda.
