Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Bake the raw meat back and forth over a gas fire Or put in the oven for a while after cooking You can simply microwave it back and forth
STEP 2/10
Cut the grilled seaweed into 6 pieces
STEP 3/10
Add 1T of pickle water (chicken radish) to a bowl of rice and let cool
STEP 4/10
Scoop a proper amount of rice with a spoon, place it on the seaweed, and roll it with a small amount of basil pesto

Without basil pesto, just add rice Press the rice grains on the end of the seaweed and stick them together

I put stir-fried carrots and onion lobster on top of kimbap

Pour cooking oil, preheat, pour egg water (one egg, 1T of milk) and spread the pan. When it's 80-90%, fold it and turn off the heat

Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry chopped onions and carrots, respectively

Add chopped eggplant, stir-fried carrot, onion, basil pesto and carrot on top of dried seaweed

Place shredded lobster meat on top and roll it tightly I cut the chili peppers into small pieces and decorated them
Add less water to the rice for kimbap and make it soft
