How to make Tofu Rice with Eggs
It's soft tofu egg rice.

Tofu

Carrot

Broccoli
1/4piece
Shiitake mushroom

Soy sauce

Milk

anchovy broth

Cooking Steps

Stir-fry minced carrots and broccoli in a heated pan.
STEP

When the carrots are half cooked, add chopped shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry them together.
STEP

Turn off the heat of the vegetables for a while and add eggs, milk, anchovy stock, and salt to make egg water.
STEP

Cut tofu into 1cm pieces and place it on top of vegetables.
STEP

Pour in egg water.

Cover and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes.
STEP

After 3 minutes, season with soy sauce and mix lightly to finish.
You can add a little water if you think it will burn when you stir-fry vegetables.
