Please prepare the ingredients first.
The octopus is already trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces, so I bought frozen ones.
If it's raw octopus, you have to remove the intestines and there's a lot of work to do.

Soak frozen octopus in water and defrosting it in water.

Boil the water in a pot and blanch the octopus in boiling water for 10 to 15 seconds.

Please trim the vegetables.
Slice the onion into 1cm thick slices, and chop the green onion and cheongyang pepper slightly (about 0.5cm).

Put the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and make the sauce.
Add 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 3 tbsp dark soy sauce, 3 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tbsp cooking wine, and a little pepper and mix well.

Put half a cup of cooking oil in the pan

Add green onions and stir-fry slightly over high heat, stirring until scented.

If you stir-fry it for too long, the octopus becomes tough and water comes out of the vegetables.
