STEP 1/9
Cut carrots, onions, cabbages, and paprika into bite-size pieces.
Just a little bit of carrot
STEP 2/9
I bought a sausage with a cut, but I made another cut. The more cuts you make, the more delicious it is. If you don't cut it, it splashes while cooking.
STEP 3/9
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and whole garlic. The garlic is big, so it's split in half.
STEP 4/9
Add all the sauce ingredients and mix them
Sauce (1t of buldak sauce, 1t of dark soy sauce, 1t of sugar, 3t of ketchup)
If there is no buldak sauce, add another spoon of thick soy sauce.
STEP 5/9
Add 2 spoons of cooking oil and stir-fry garlic. Garlic burns well, so be careful
STEP 6/9
Add the onion and when the onion is half-cooked, sprinkle with pepper.
STEP 7/9
Add sausage and stir-fry it, and then add paprika.
(If you want a salty taste, add a pinch of salt here.)
STEP 8/9
When the sausage is cooked to a certain extent, add the sauce and cabbage and cabbage.
STEP 9/9
Sprinkle a lot of sesame seeds.
The amount of sauce is the perfect amount for 190g of sausage (21 sausages) and vegetables. If you add more ingredients, you may run out of sauce, so be careful.
