clear cabbage tofu soup
There are really a few cabbages left in the refrigerator. Although it is my kitchen, where ingredients are often damaged by laziness, I decided to cook a bowl of soup with the remaining cabbage crotch because it is bound to cause a sense of regret and obsession for those who are still alive.   • Cabbage

  • Tofu

  • Korean style soy sauce

  • Salt

  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut tofu and cabbage into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
Boil 1 liter of anchovy stock.
STEP 3/6
Add tofu and cabbage.
STEP 4/6
Add minced garlic and spicy peppers.
STEP 5/6
Add soy sauce, salt, and fish sauce.
STEP 6/6
Add green onions and finish.
There might be people who feel it's bland because it's a light soup. In that case, you can add a little bit of salt. I used the innermost part of the cabbage, so the cabbage was very light and cooked quickly. Cook enough when using the thick part of the cabbage.
