STEP 1/15
Chop chives, carrots, and onions into 5cm pieces.

- Don't stir-fry the chives together. You can put them on a plate and eat them
- Stir-fry eggs and ingredients carefully so that they do not stick together
- If you want it spicy, you can add Cheongyang pepper, Sriracha, or spicy pepper or stir-fry it with chili oil
