STEP 1/7
Cut 1.5 liters of water and 1/2 radish into bite-size pieces and boil it for 10 minutes first~
- If you add a lot of radish, it becomes a refreshing soup^^ I didn't make the broth and boil it

Add a handful of green onions and 1 spoon of minced garlic and simmer over high heat!
- There were only a few onions left in the refrigerator, so I put them in together

I'll add 5 spoons of red pepper powder and 4 spoons of soy sauce for the spicy taste~
- If you like spicy food, add 1 or 2 spoons of red pepper powder^^

I bought a blue crab broth powder (compressed type) because I wanted to save time when I had to make a cool broth, but this is my first time using it! I put in one. Wow, it was really cool and delicious I added this to the progress, but you don't have to!

These are frozen giant squid ears that I used
I ordered 1kg, but I divided it in half, so it's about 500g! I used all of this! The size gets smaller when you boil it, so even if you use it a lot, there's not much squid you can scoop while eating. LOL

I thought I was a little bored, so I added half a spoon of flower salt, and personally, the seasoning was perfect~
- If you boil it for a long time, the radish is fully cooked and cooked, so it's good to eat more, and the squid adds coolness, making the soup really delicious!! I added boiled dumplings and it was so good^^
