Chop the cabbage as thin as possible.

Slice the carrots thinly, too.

Chop the onion into small pieces.

Add 1 tbsp salt to shredded cabbage and carrots and pickle. I cut it thin, so I'll be out of breath if I leave it in a little bit.

It's the state of pickled cabbage and carrots. If the carrot bends well, you can stop roasting.

Wrap it with a kitchen towel or cloth and squeeze the water as much as possible.

Put cabbage and carrots in a bowl.

I'll add onions, too.

Add all the sauce ingredients and mix. Sprinkle pepper to taste.

After tasting it, add a little more mayonnaise, and if it's not sweet enough, add sugar. It tastes better if you put it in the refrigerator and eat it cold^^
Mature it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and eat it!
