How to make Gyori Gimbap for Gyeongju Food
I often go to Gyeongju because it takes only 30 minutes from my house. You know that Gyeongju is famous because it is a city of history and culture, and there are many famous historical sites, right? In addition, Gyeongju Hwangnambbang and Gyo-ri Gimbap are famous for Gyeongju food. Today, I made Gyori Kimbap, the food of Gyeongju.

Cooking Steps

Please make the ingredients first.

Soak pickled radish in water to remove the sweetness and saltiness.

Cut the cucumber in half and then cut the middle seed vertically with a knife to remove the seeds and cut them longer like pickled radish.

Cut the carrots into thin slices and cut them into bite-size pieces. Slice the ham and crab meat long, too.

Grill the ham without oil in the pan, sprinkle some salt on the cucumbers and carrots and stir-fry just a little.

In a bowl, beat 6 eggs, about 1/2 tablespoon of salt.

Grease a frying pan a little and spread the oil widely with a brush or kitchen towel.
Pour a thin layer of egg water over it.
Fry the egg garnish several times over low heat, as you need to fry the garnish as thin as possible.

When the eggplant cools, chop it into long shreds.

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the rice, wear sanitary gloves, and mix well.
