You can prepare the mushrooms that you like. I like mushrooms, so I prepared this and that. Wash the mushrooms slightly under running water to remove the moisture. Remove the columns of mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and slice them. Remove the bottom of the enoki mushroom. Slice the mushrooms and cut them in half.

You can prepare raw shrimp like me. You can prepare frozen cocktail shrimp. If you prepare dried sea cucumber and squid in addition to shrimp, it will be a luxurious seafood mushroom rice, right?

Chop the onions. Remove seeds from the inside of the red bell pepper and cut it into big pieces. If you use peppers instead of bell peppers, remove the seeds and shred them.

Add 1C of water to 2T of starch and mix well to make water starch. And make the rice bowl sauce in advance according to the recipe above.

Now, put enough oil in a round royal pan and stir-fry minced garlic or sliced garlic over low heat to flavor. Then add the shrimp and stir-fry it well.

Then, add all the mushrooms except enoki mushrooms and stir-fry them over high heat.

Once the mushrooms have been stir-fried, add the sauce and stir-fry again.

When the mushroom dies, add the remaining vegetables. Then add 2C of water and simmer, then add starch and thicken. Don't put all the water starch from the beginning, but adjust the concentration little by little. Add a drop or two of sesame oil, salt, and pepper to season.

Lastly, add enoki mushrooms and boil it again. That's it.

Warm white rice with warm mushroom rice is done. It's really delicious when it's savory.
