Cooking Steps

Brief description before cooking :)
The raw paper should be more than 50g so that it is not small when baked.Instead of cream cheese, they put whipped cream or ice cream on top, so it's delicious.

Defrost frozen croissants at room temperature in advance.
There's no specific time limit, but it melts in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Trim the fruit to be served until the raw paper is defrosted.
I prepared bananas and blueberries, so you can change strawberries, figs, etc. depending on the season!
