Making Greek Yogurt - Plain Yogurt at once without Activia!
I think a lot of people are looking for making thick Greek yogurt. My family also often eats Greek yogurt for dinner or snacks after exercising. It's good to buy it comfortably and eat it, but it's expensive I'm making my own Greek yogurt at home :) It was a bit of a hassle at first, but now it's almost like a machine. Usually, when you search for making Greek yogurt, you start with milk and activia It took a lot of time and time. I'm not that diligent yet Step 1 Sneak Over and Buy Plain Yogurt! Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare a sieve, a bowl, and a cotton cloth for filtering plain yogurt.
STEP 2/5
Spread cotton cloth and pour plain yogurt.
STEP 3/5
Flatten the top of the yogurt and put a wrap on it. That's it!
Make sure there is no air bubbles between the wrap and the yogurt.
STEP 4/5
Filter whey in refrigerated or cool utility room.
You can skip whey for at least 6 hours, and after that, you can skip whey more to suit your taste.
STEP 5/5
Refrigerate well-filtered yogurt in an airtight container.
It's delicious if you add fruits, nuts, honey, etc
