  • tapioca
    50g
  • Strawberry
    2T
  • Milk
    300ml
Cooking Steps

I bought 1kg of tapioca pearls

Boil plenty of water in a large pot. Make sure to add pearls after boiling. If you don't, you'll be killed.

Bring to a boil while stirring for about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it steam for about 10 minutes

Drain the water in a strainer

It's frozen in the refrigerator

Boil it beforehand and freeze it. Whenever I think of bubble tea, I prepare these three ingredients
(Assuming it is frozen) Microwave the frozen pearls slightly and rinse them in cold water when they feel dry and strain them
