Mix soy sauce 1.5T, pork cutlet sauce (steak sauce replaceable) 1T, oyster sauce 2T, ketchup 2T, cooking wine 3T, and minced garlic 0.5T to make the sauce

First, add oil and stir-fry about 15g of green onions

Add 50g of cabbage, 1/2 onion, and 1 row of pork belly (100g, sliced) and stir-fry

Add 0.5T of salt and pepper to season

Put the noodles (200g) in hot water and stir-fry together

Then, add the sauce
STEP 7/8
Stir-fry the udon noodles until the sauce is soaked

If you put it in a bowl, it's complete.
Make it with leftover vegetables at home regardless of cabbage or onion. It's delicious if you make it with noodles other than udon noodles! It's good for late night snacks and meals. It's something that adults and children will like~~
