Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Pour about 500ml of water into a pack of quail eggs, add one tablespoon of thick salt and one tablespoon of vinegar, and boil it for more than 7 minutes as the water starts to boil.
STEP 2/7
Soak it in cold water with an ice pack and peel it off well
STEP 3/7
It may have skin on it, so wash it clean again.
STEP 4/7
Put in a bowl and a half of rice and a bag of 35g of seaweed. You can make rice friends (rice ball topping) or soy sauce instead of seaweed.
STEP 5/7
Place quail eggs on top of the kneaded rice, cover it with the kneaded rice, and press it with both hands.
STEP 6/7
Cut it gently. If it's hard to cut, wrap it in a wrap and cut it.
STEP 7/7
It's pretty if you cut it and put it in a small paper pack. Use ketchup according to your preference.
I think it'd be good to eat it when you go hiking and wrap it in a wrap without cutting it. You can also add pickled radish or kimchi. If I make it with my child, it's fun, so I think I'll eat it all while making it
