STEP 1/8
I defrosted and used handmade tteokgalbi that I had made myself. If you want to use regular frozen tteok-galbi, cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/8
Put 1T of cooking oil in a preheated pan and stir-fry the tteok-galbi.

When the short rib patties are golden brown, add rice and stir-fry them with a ladle.
STEP 4/8
Put the well-mixed rice aside and add 1 spoonful of dark soy sauce to one side.
STEP 5/8
Boil it slightly so that it smells like soy sauce, and then mix it with the rice pushed aside.
STEP 6/8
We added dark soy sauce to match the lack of seasoning and added 1/2 spoonful of oligosaccharide, but it's better to decide after eating tteokgalbi fried rice.
Oligosaccharide was good for me because tteokgalbi wasn't sweet, but there's a frozen tteokgalbi that tastes especially sweet In that case, it's better not to put it in.

Lastly, add pepper and sesame oil. These two will suit your taste.

The end! Isn't it too easy?
Stir-fry short rib patties and rice and season it with soy sauce. It's a very simple bowl ^^
