Last summer, gimbap without rice was very popular as a diet menu. I remember making a lot of egg garnish instead of rice. Instead of egg garnish, I added a lot of chicken breast.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Finely chop the carrots and put a bit of oil on the heated pan
Add a bit of salt and stir-fry it.
STEP 2/7
Put chicken breast and rice wine in boiling water and cook them over medium heat
If you don't have Cheongju, cooking wine is good.
If you add a little rice wine when you boil chicken breast, you can get rid of the smell.

Let cool and tear finely.

Beat the eggs, add a little salt, season, and fry the egg thinly.

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
If it's too bland, you can stir-fry it with soy sauce, oligosaccharide, and sesame oil.
It's okay to tear the smoked chicken breast and put it's okay

Spread the chicken breast on top of the seaweed like rice
Roll the eggs and other ingredients one by one.
Lastly, put a bit of water on the end of the seaweed
You have to press it for a while so that the steam doesn't get loose.

Apply savory sesame oil to make it glossy
If you cut it into bite-sized pieces, the light chicken breast gimbap is complete!
