Ingredients:
two eggs
a cup of sugar
1 + 1/3 cup of flour
2 cups coconut powder
a cup of milk
2/3 cups of cooking oil
2 tsp baking powder (15g)

Round pan 22 cm

Place 2 eggs and 1 cup sugar in a container.

Whip with whisk until creamy.

2/3 cups of cooking oil, 1 cup of milk,

2 cups coconut powder, 1 + 1/3 cup soft flour,

Place baking powder in a container and knead well with a whisk.
STEP 7/9
Now pour the creamy coconut dough into a paper-foil round pan and lightly beat to the bottom two or three times to ensure the dough is evenly spread.

Place the dough in a preheated oven at 170C and bake for approximately 40 minutes.

Cool the cake out of the oven completely and sprinkle with coconut powder or sugar powder.
