STEP 2/9
400g of webfoot octopus. About 12 of them
1/3 tablespoon thick salt (5-6g), 1/2 tablespoon sugar (10g),
Add 2 spoons of mirin (16g) and 2 tablespoons of flour for 2 to 3 minutes
Scrub to remove foreign substances and rinse 2-3 times
Next, drain it
During this process, the webfoot octopus becomes more chewy
I used frozen webfoot octopus with my eyes, intestines, and mouth trimmed
It's comfortable because everything is trimmed Working on it like in the past and expanding the weight of webfoot octopus is not done these days, the weight is accurate, and the speed of fading is similar to that of living things even when stir-fried
STEP 3/9
Cut the 200g onion into 1cm thick pieces
STEP 4/9
Cut a piece of hot pepper into 1cm pieces
On the day of stress, cut 3 pieces!!
STEP 5/9
Add 1 spoon of garlic to 2 spoons of cooking oil and bake the garlic very slowly over low heat.
STEP 6/9
When the garlic is golden, add the onions and peppers and stir-fry them over high heat until the onions are slightly transparent.
STEP 7/9
Add the sauce and stir-fry it on high heat for 30 seconds
STEP 8/9
Add jjukumi and stir-fry it over high heat, and when the jukkumi legs start to roll, add 1 spoon of red pepper powder and stir it for 2~3 minutes! I'm going to fill it in
If you stir-fry it for too long, the water will come out of the jjukumi, so stir it! Please fill it up! If you're not confident, blanch the webfoot octopus in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and stir-fry it until the sauce is thick
STEP 9/9
It's good if you just eat it. Cut it into the right size and put it on top of the rice and mix it Enjoy your meal!
