STEP 1/12
Wash the chives clean and cut them into 4cm pieces.

Cut the squid into small pieces.

Put squid and chives in a large bowl.

Sprinkle flour on top,

Add salt before adding water,

Mix evenly to coat with powder.

Add a little bit of water and knead it to make it thick. (Be careful that it may tear if you knead it thinly because the water seeps out as the squid and chives ripen.)

Grease a pan with cooking oil.

Place a ladle of dough on a heated pan,

Spread thinly and bake slowly over medium-low heat.

Flip it over a couple of times,
Bake until the dough is golden brown.

The squid chives pancake is
Dip it in soy sauce (dark soy sauce 1, vinegar 1, sesame seeds) or red pepper paste (red pepper paste 1, vinegar 1, sugar 1, sesame salt 1/2).
The thinner the pancake is, the more delicious it isIt's good to add octopus and clam meat besides squid^^
