If you're a good baker, it's worth keeping... books aren't that expensive. It's a hardboard cover and 190 pages, and it's 30.000 won.

Cream the butter, add sugar and gently whip.

Add eggs one by one at room temperature, whisk, add vanilla and rum, mix, then put flour, baking powder, and baking soda into a sieve and mix. Add sour cream and vanilla butter cream and finish.

The finished dough is beautiful in color... and it's soft...My heart is pounding even before it's baked

Baking people are intoxicated by this scene in the oven. What if it doesn't swell? What if it doesn't work..I'm worried.
It took 30 minutes to bake 12 cupcakes at 170 degrees in a preheated oven. It can vary from oven to oven, so it's cooked if you poke it with a skewer or if it doesn't get smeared.
