Wash the cucumbers and carrots clean.
Peel the carrots, please

Cut the carrots in half and cut them into half-moon shapes

I cut the cucumber a little thick.
(3mm to 4mm)

Slice a handful of salt and pickle the cucumber and carrot

Salting time is about 15 to 20 minutes.
Rinse the pickled cucumbers and carrots lightly under running water to remove moisture

Cut the green onion into small pieces.

I used a garlic chopper to make minced garlic and put it in.

1 spoon of sugar (rice spoon)

2 spoons of red pepper powder (rice spoon)

1 spoonful of plum extract

Add chopped green onions and mix gently.

When the sauce is mixed well, add 1 spoon of sesame oil to complete the seasoned cucumber

Because it was pickled with salt, the seasoned cucumber dish was completed.
It doesn't smell as fishy as fish sauce because it's seasoned with salt.
I have to squeeze the water out, so I cut the cucumber a little thick.
