There was a lot of kimchi left, It's cooked well, so I think I should use it for pancakes, kimchi soup, or stew. You can stir-fry it and eat it with tofu kimchi. But it's still fresh in the kimchi container that hasn't been opened since it' That's a relief. I made a different seaweed soup using ripe kimchi. It has kimchi in it to give it a spicy taste and make it more refreshing It's kimchi seaweed soup. Seaweed is Gijang seaweed, so it's chewy. ^^ The seasoning is definitely soy sauce for the soup, and I added anchovy sauce as the last seasoning.

  • Seafood seafood soup pack

  • Korean style soy sauce

  • salted anchovies

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Seaweed soaks quickly after 10 minutes. Cut the soaked seaweed into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
Prepare kimchi by slicing it into small pieces.
STEP 3/6
Put kimchi in the seaweed, add sesame oil, and stir-fry it.
STEP 4/6
Add minced garlic. So it's almost over.
STEP 5/6
Pour the broth and boil it over high heat. When it boils up over high heat, transfer it to medium heat and cook it gently. And first, season it with soy sauce. If the soup is thick, taste it again, and if it is bland, season it with anchovy sauce.
STEP 6/6
It's a refreshing and spicy seaweed soup with kimchi. The soup is really cool. Both seaweed and kimchi taste cool. Seaweed soup should smell like soy sauce.
