It's cooked well, so I think I should use it for pancakes, kimchi soup, or stew.
You can stir-fry it and eat it with tofu kimchi.
But it's still fresh in the kimchi container that hasn't been opened since it'
That's a relief. I made a different seaweed soup using ripe kimchi.
It has kimchi in it to give it a spicy taste and make it more refreshing
It's kimchi seaweed soup. Seaweed is Gijang seaweed, so it's chewy. ^^
The seasoning is definitely soy sauce for the soup, and I added anchovy sauce as the last seasoning.
