STEP 1/7
the act of shaving one's teeth
Use a knife to remove the dirt and wash it cleanly with water clean it. (The thick roots are easier to eat if you cut them in half vertically.)
STEP 2/7
blanching a chilli
Blanch the trimmed naengmyeon slightly with a pinch of salt in boiling water.
STEP 3/7
chopping cold water
Rinse the blanched cold noodles in cold water, drain them, and cut them into bite-sized pieces (4cm).
STEP 4/7
boiling noodles
Boil noodles in boiling water, rinse in cold water, and drain. I used a medium-sized one.
STEP 5/7
Prepare onions
Chop the onion finely and soak it in cold water to remove the arin flavor (if you like the onion scent)
Or if you are sensitive to Arin's taste, blanch it in boiling water instead of cold water for 5-7 seconds and rinse it in cold water to remove the Arin's taste.
STEP 6/7
Mixing cold noodles
Mix the naengmyeon and onion well with the red pepper paste sauce and mix them with the noodles. It's simple, right?
STEP 7/7
It tastes better with boiled eggs
For seasoning, refer to the above ratio only and adjust according to the amount of ingredients and taste!
