Making rice with pork shabu shabu

  • Cabbage

  • Sesame oil

  • chopped ginger

  • crushed garlic

  • Red pepper
    1ea
  • Soy sauce
    1/2cup
  • Cheongju
    1TS
  • Vinegar
    2TS
  • Sugar
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Mix sugar, cheongju, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced green onion, minced ginger, minced red pepper in a pot.
STEP 2/6
Place the pot over the heat and boil until the vegetables are cooked to complete the sauce.
STEP 3/6
Boil the pork in boiling water.
STEP 4/6
Place shredded cabbage on warm rice.
STEP 5/6
Place boiled pork slices on top.
STEP 6/6
Sprinkle the prepared green onion sauce.
If you want to get rid of the smell of pork, boil it with 2 drops of vinegar.
