STEP 1/10
First, cut the green onion diagonally and shred the onion.
Cut the kimchi into bite-size pieces, too.

Cut pork belly into bite-size pieces and cook in a frying pan until golden brown.

If golden brown, add 1t of sugar and bake again.

Pour in 1/2 cup water (90ml) if fully baked.

Add 1T of red pepper powder, kimchi and stir-fry together.
An important tip!!
Adding kimchi in the presence of water.

Then add 1T of soy sauce and minced garlic.
You can adjust the seasoning with soy sauce according to your taste.

If it's stir-fried well overall, add chopped onions and stir-fry.
To make the onion taste better, I put it in last and stir-fried it!

Remove from heat and add green onion lastly and mix thoroughly.
I cooked the green onion with residual heat.
If you want to enjoy spicy food, you can add Cheongyang red pepper.

Wrap it up with a little bit of sesame oil.
STEP 10/10
I put it in a bowl and sprinkled it on top of the sesame.
It's instant stir-fried pork and kimchi that's complete as soon as you stir-fry it!!
I think it's the best side dish for dinner.
Add tofu to this and enjoy it not only as a dinner menu but also as a side dish for alcohol!
