  • Anchovy

  • Meat dumplings

  • Kim

  • Red pepper powder
    1T
  • thick soy sauce
    2T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • Vinegar
    1T
  • Sugar
    1T
  • Sesame
    1T
  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice the radish flat, add a handful of medium anchovies and 1 liter of water, and bring to a boil
STEP 2/6
Grease a pan with cooking oil, preheat, add eggs and beat with a wooden spatula
STEP 3/6
When it boils over high heat, add the dumplings and boil for another 5 minutes
STEP 4/6
Add pepper powder 1T soy sauce 2T minced garlic 1T vinegar 1T sugar 1T sesame oil and mix them. (If you don't like sour things, it's better to reduce vinegar by 1/2.)

Please cut the seaweed

I cut the egg thinly and chop the chives evenly into the dumpling soup
