Making Rose Tteokbokki
I made rose tteokbokki, which is very popular these days. I put whipped cream in tomato sauce and it's savory It's really soft.It's not spicy. It' It's rose tteokbokki.

Ingredients
  • Tteokbokki and rice cake
    400g
  • Vienna sausage
    18ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • mozzarella cheese
    1handful
  • tomato sauce
    200ml
  • whipped cream
    100ml
  • Milk
    100ml
  • ground pepper
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Please prepare tteokbokki first.
STEP 2/10
Slice the onion into slices.
STEP 3/10
Make cuts to Vienna sausage.
STEP 4/10
Add 2 tablespoons of food and stir-fry onions
STEP 5/10
When onion breath dies, add sausage.
STEP 6/10
Stir-fry the sausage slightly, then add the rice cake and stir-fry.
When the rice cake becomes soft, add the sauce and boil it.
STEP 7/10
The rice cake might get stuck, so stir it
Please boil it.
STEP 8/10
When the sauce is thick, add a handful of mozzarella cheese
Mix it and turn off the heat.
STEP 9/10
It's not spicy and it's soft. It's done.
Soft sauce and tteokbokki go really well together

The cheese melted in the sauce is good, too!
I don't know if you can have kids' snacks or beer/wine snacks
It's really nice.
