STEP 1/8
I'm going to parboil the pork neck
If you're lazy, you can skip the blanching process!
STEP 2/8
Add enough water to cover the meat, 0.5T of salt, pepper, 2T of cooking wine, and discard all water when the water boils and the color changes

Add 400ml of water, 4T of soy sauce, 2T of oligosaccharide, 1T of minced garlic, and pepper and place on high heat!

Bring to a boil over high heat for 5 minutes
Remove any impurities such as rising blood bubbles!

Add mushrooms, onions, cheongyang peppers and vegetables you want to add and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes

If it's bland after boiling for 20 minutes, add soy sauce to add color
