Shindang-dong Jjoljolara Instant Tteokbokki #Recipe of Memories
I went to high school in Sindang-dong. I remember going to eat Sindang-dong Tteokbokki with my friends after school every day, so I make it often. I don't know why it was so good... It reminds me of chatting with my friends while shouting Jjoljolara for one serving of tteokbokki.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Mix 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of black bean sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide.

Soak 150g of tteokbokki rice cake in water for a while, soften it, and drain it by supporting it on a strainer tray. Choose rice cake or flour cake according to your preference. It's even better if you use the thin rice cake that says Sindang-dong tteokbokki.

Blanch one ramen in boiling water and rinse it in cold water. Do not cook thoroughly, but cook only half.
If you parboil it in advance, it can take out the fat and reduce the cooking time.

Slice 100g of fish cake thinly. It's better to use thin flat fish cakes, but I only have thick fish cakes, so I sliced them thinly.

100g of jjolmyeon is good at peeling off the things that are stuck together.

Slice the cabbage into big pieces.

Chop 1/2 green onion and 1/4 onion.

Put all the ingredients in the pan.

Place the mixed seasoning on top of the ingredients and add the boiled eggs. You don't have to add 700ml of water, pour it until the ingredients are soaked and eat it while boiling.
Jjolmyeon tastes better than noodles But you have to stir the chewy noodles well because they stick to the floor. -Don't put all the sauce in at once. Boil it by 80%, taste it, and add the rest of the sauce according to your preference.
