First of all, remove the bean sprouts, soft parts, or discolored parts by hand and trim them.

Rinse the trimmed bean sprouts in cold water three to four times and sift them.

After washing, chop 50g of drained green onion into small pieces and prepare.

Turn off the heat when the bean sprouts are out of breath and the seasoning is well mixed and stir-fried. While turning off the heat, sprinkle 1/2T of sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix them evenly.

If you take an appropriate amount and put it on a plate, the spicy and delicious stir-fried bean sprouts are completed.
The tail of the bean sprouts is rich in aspiraginate, so it's good to eat it together. Remove only the soft parts and use them together.
