STEP 1/7
Soak bean sprouts in water, wash them, and remove the head
(That way, bean sprouts smell less)
STEP 2/7
Shred or grind radishes and pears. (You can cut them into pieces, but the thinner you cut, the better you can squeeze the juice.)
STEP 3/7
Place chopped radish and pear on top of the bean sprouts and put agave syrup on top
STEP 4/7
Put it in a rice cooker for at least 8 hours
STEP 5/7
Wrap it in cotton cloth and squeeze it well. (Throw away the squeezed ingredients.)
STEP 6/7
It doesn't come out much, but it's okay for a baby to eat
STEP 7/7
A bottle of medicine a day and a cup of soju for an adult!
It's not sweet, so I mix a drop of agave syrup and eat it well
If you don't like the unique scent of bean sprouts, try adding ginger!
