Cooking Steps

I think you can have one cup of rice cake for one person, and if you lower it to two people because there are not many people, please reduce the amount of oyster sauce and the amount of soy sauce in half from the seasoning ingredients.

Wash the rice cake in water once and soak it for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces of one or two fingers.

Chop the green onions into small pieces at 0.5cm intervals.

Drain the rice cake in a strainer.

Put about 6 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan, add green onions, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and make green onion oil over high heat.

When the scented green onion comes up, add rice cake and fish cake and stir-fry it over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

Since tteokbokki can burn, lower the heat to low and stir-fry 1 tablespoon of tofu, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 to 2 tablespoon of sugar (adding or subtracting according to personal preference).

Stir-fry over medium heat until the rice cake is soft, then add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and sesame seeds (sesame salt if it is bland) to taste.
