Chonggak Kimchi using ripened radish
Here is a recipe for making the simplest aged kimchi using bachelor kimchi among many dishes using aged kimchi.

  • Kimchi

  • Soybean paste

  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • perilla oil
    2T
  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
It's old bachelor kimchi.
STEP 2/13
I washed it in water.
Add enough water to cover the young radish kimchi.
STEP 3/13
Chop the onions and peppers into small pieces
STEP 4/13
Add onions, peppers and minced garlic
STEP 5/13
Add a spoonful of soybean paste
STEP 6/13
Add 1T of minced garlic, please

I seasoned it with salted shrimp.
