STEP 2/15
Then, turn off the heat and leave it for 10 minutes.
STEP 3/15
Put the glass noodles in a sieve and let them hang with cold water to prevent the noodles from spreading. Season with cooking oil once so that it doesn't stick to each other over time.
STEP 4/15
Chop carrots, yellow, red and scarlet paprika.
STEP 5/15
Chop the onions, too.
STEP 6/15
Cut the chives into 5cm intervals.
STEP 7/15
Cut the bacon into small pieces and put all the ingredients together in one dish.
STEP 8/15
Grease a royal pan with cooking oil and stir-fry onions and carrots first.
STEP 9/15
Stir-fry paprika a little bit in the same pan.
STEP 10/15
It's time to fry the bacon.
Add a little pepper, 1 tablespoon cooking wine and 1 tablespoon minced garlic and mix.
When bacon is cooked, transfer to a large bowl.
STEP 11/15
Lastly, I'll make a japchae sauce.
Add 0.7 cups soy sauce and 1.2 cups starch syrup and add glass noodles.
STEP 12/15
Remove from heat and mix thoroughly so that the liver cuts well.
STEP 13/15
Put japchae in a bowl of stir-fried ingredients.
STEP 14/15
Put on sanitary gloves and mix.
STEP 15/15
Delicious japchae is done!
