Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash raw oysters clean and place on a sieve and allow to drain. And if it's pasta, let's start boiling water and start cooking^^

Everyone knows how to slice garlic, so I'll just show you the shape of the garlic... You can put in more than 10 tablets.

Pour olive oil into a pan and stir-fry garlic over low heat. You just have to be careful not to burn it.

When garlic starts to stir-fry, mash and add peperocino.

Add about 150g to 200g of raw oysters that I washed I put in 200g because I wanted to eat a lot of oysters

When the oysters are fried, add a pinch of pepper.

Add the boiled noodles and 2 tablespoons of noodle water for 8 minutes and stir-fry them in a pan. Swirl it over medium heat so that the oil cuts well on the noodles You can stir-fry it for 2 to 3 minutes

Put it on a plate and put it on top of the parsley powder, and it's done beautifully. If you don't have parsley, pass
