Put 1 bag of dough mix and mix it with a spoon to make a dough

Make a rice ball in the shape of a bird's core I added mozzarella cheese and made a round cheese ball
Spread cooking oil evenly on the surface of the sticky rice ball

Put it in an air fryer, bake it at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, take it out, change the top and bottom positions, and heat it again for 7 minutes (put it at intervals so that cheese balls do not stick together)
Add glutinous rice balls and heat them at 180 degrees for 5 minutes Take it out, change the position, and spin it for 5 minutes
STEP 6/7
Take it out of the air fryer, apply cooking oil on the surface, and sprinkle the topping mix evenly
STEP 7/7
It's sticky and light, so I keep eating it
It's not fried, but put it in an air fryer and it's moist on the outside
